    • Slower processing: Can cause medication buildup, leading to higher blood levels and increased risk of side effects.

    • Faster processing: Clears medication too quickly, leading to ineffective doses.

  • Additional Screening: Checks for genetic abnormalities affecting neurotransmitter production needed for medications to work properly.

  • Cost & Coverage: Not covered by most insurance plans. $300 Payment plans available via Insurance. ($0 copay for Medicare/Medicaid; private insurance costs vary based on household income).
